How refunds are handled for our services.
- Full refund is available before development work begins.
- After work begins, payments are generally non-refundable because projects are custom-built.
- Website Care Plans may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Partial-month refunds are not provided.
- We work through the agreed revision process to ensure client satisfaction before final delivery.
